«The world has been facing several economic, social, cultural and environmental challenges. These wicked problems need innovative solutions. The Impact Economy is the economic sphere where all economic agents (public, social and private) find a common and convergent agenda - creating value for society. In this course, the concepts of Impact Economy and social entrepreneurship as a vehicle to create value for society will be discussed. The process of social innovation will also be discussed, as well as business cases that illustrate the concepts mentioned before.»
