Moving around in Lisbon
Coming from the Lisbon Airport, you may consider using the Aero Bus, that has bus stops as far as a 5 minute walk away of all the suggested hotels (except Hotel das Janelas Verdes). If you choose to go to the hotel by taxi, the fares are disposed inside the car. You should pay between 5 and 10 euros.
Coming from the Estação do Oriente (if you attend the StochFin2004 Autumn School in Coimbra), you may choose the subway. If you choose to go to the hotel by taxi, the fares are disposed inside the car. You should pay between 5 and 10 euros.
You may choose to buy the card "7 Colinas" (€ 0,50) with a 1 day access (€ 2,85) or 5 day access (€ 11,35) to the whole networks of the subway (Metropolitano de Lisboa) and city buses (Carris). These can be bought at the subway or bus ticket offices.
